Jane Sage Cowles Stadium Jane Sage Cowles Stadium has both grandstand (bench-back) and stadium (box-chair) seating for 1,000 spectators. Along with the primary playing field, the facility is complete with dugouts, double warm-up bullpens and batting cages down the first-base line that allow teams full use of the facility. A two-story building behind home plate houses the team locker room and also includes restrooms, food services, athletic training, a full press box and team meeting facilities. Jane Sage Cowles Stadium would not be complete without a lighted scoreboard and state-of-the-art sound system that add to the overall experience of the game. A ticket kiosk and plaza area are built at the entrance of the stadium, along with additional practice facilities. Jane Sage Cowles Stadium has wheelchair access and seating areas. The University has its own 'Field of Dreams' that is both attractive to recruits and fan-friendly to the people of Minnesota. |
